At Sliqua, we utilize off-site backups for all customer website data. This process occurs automatically in the background on a nightly basis, and retained for 14 days. These block-level backups are AES256 encrypted with our keys, and are stored in a third-party datacenter with a minimum of three copies of all data.
In the event you need to restore data from our backups, please open a support ticket by emailing support@sliqua.com. Restores are completed on a best-effort basis during business hours, utilizing the capabilities of our backup infrastructure.
